My fitness journey begun when I was introduced to Calisthenics.
It fascinated me that so many components of fitness - strength, endurance, athleticism, balance, flexibility, & body composition - could be refined through one training style.
What I especially love about Calisthenics is that you prioritise improving movement, while a better body comes as a by-product. In my own journey and what I’ve witnessed in my clients’, this performance-focused approach opens the door to a healthier mindset that isn’t constantly dissatisfied.
Seeing and feeling even the slightest improvements is what motivates my clients & I to keep going. I want you to experience that feeling when training, and to have confidence & freedom in your movement for the rest of your life.
Nowadays, the term “Fitness is a lifestyle” has become stale. I created Zeal Movement to revive that truth & simplify the process for those who desire to constantly be better than yesterday.
